Brenna Lofgren, LMT

I have always had a love for understanding and learning how the body moves and functions. As a competitive gymnast growing up and collegiate field hockey player, I am no stranger to injury. I’ve spent countless hours with physical therapists, athletic trainers and bodyworkers to regain strength and mobility to excel in whatever sport I was active in. This really grew my interest in physical and mental recovery and what ultimately brought me into my massage therapy career and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I am Licensed Massage Therapist and specialize in Deep Tissue and Injury Rehabilitation. I graduated from the wonderful Boulder Massage Therapy Institute in January 2022 where I received 625 hours of massage therapy training and completed 91 hours of clinical sessions. Since graduating, I have spent time working with professional athletes, people recovering from injuries, and providing general wellness based massage. Additionally, I have my undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in Health Science & Nutrition and I have experience working in the medical and non-profit realms.

My massage practice is centered around a holistic approach to treating the mind and body. This time is for you and I am happy to meet you with any goals you have. My main hope for this clinic is to be able to provide you an inviting space to indulge in self-care and guide you through your individualized wellness practice.

When I’m not working, I enjoy running, cooking with friends and exploring the mountains with my dog!
